If you are unable to attend a workshop that you have registered for then it is vital that you notify Benders immediately! Refunds are available on the following basis:
- The $20 deposit included in all workshop fees is NON-REFUNDABLE
- With a minimum of 7 days notice: FEES REFUNDED MINUS the non-refundable $20 deposit (for example, if you paid $60 for your workshop you will get $40 back)
- With a minimum of 48 hours notice, but less than 7 days notice: 50% REFUND
- With less than 48 hours notice: NO REFUND
Benders may need to cancel workshops in certain circumstances:
- The minimum number of registrations was not reached (you will receive a minimum of 48 hours notice in this case)
- Unforeseen circumstances such as dangerous weather conditions, teacher emergencies, etc.
In either of these circumstances you will be offered your choice of either a full refund (including deposit) or a spot in the workshop on a rescheduled date.
