Class Cancellations
On occasion, it becomes necessary to cancel a class on short notice (possibly due to bad weather, illness, emergencies, etc.).  It is Benders' policy to try to post class cancellations a minimum of one hour before the class is scheduled to run.  When a class gets cancelled, Benders will send an email to all clients who have reserved a spot in the class AND have a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS associated with their online account.   Emails will...

Welcome to Benders Yoga – your change starts here!

If you have ever considered trying yoga before, or if you are looking for a fresh start with a new instructor or a new studio, then Benders Yoga in London Ontario is the place for you!  Come out and give us a try – pick any class you like – your first class visit to Benders is always free!

  • classes are offered in a judgement-free, attitude-free environment
  • class sizes are limited for your comfort and safety
  • freedom to choose – our class passes let you attend any Benders class, at any time it is offered
  • passes have no expiry date – go on vacation, take care of your sick kid/spouse/goldfish – it’s okay!  Your pass will be here when you are ready to come back. 
  • relaxed, friendly atmosphere
  • RYT-200 level (minimum) certified teachers
  • all practice levels and backgrounds welcome
  • variety of classes and instructors
  • (almost!) sanskrit-free instruction

Many people think “I’m not flexible/strong/fit enough to try that!”  But isn’t that the idea?  To GAIN flexibility, strength and fitness?  The only way to learn and improve at something is to – first: try it, then second: continue practicing it.  You WILL gain flexiblity.  You WILL gain strength.  You WILL gain fitness.   So stop holding yourself back.  The only person preventing you from finding a new level of joy, acceptance and wellness in your life is YOU! 

Benders offers group yoga classes as well as private instruction.
