Attain your certification to teach yoga or simply gain a deeper knowledge for your own yoga practice with this comprehensive, Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour teacher training program. The training includes:

  • ASANA (poses)
  • PRANAYAMA (breathing practices)
  • PHILOSOPHY
  • MEDITATION
  • ANATOMY
  • AYURVEDA (eastern health practices)
  • TEACHING METHODOLOGY

Program Fees:

Deposit 
A non-refundable Program Deposit of $100 is retained upon approval of your application and will be applied to the total cost of program.  If your application is not approved, the deposit will be returned to you.

Payment Options

OPTION #1 (Full Payment)
• $2500 +HST total program cost (includes Teacher Manual and discounted Yoga Class Pass from Benders Yoga):  All fees due once you are notified of application approval.
• $100 non-refundable program deposit due at time of application (will be applied to total cost of program)
• Required textbooks are an additional expense.

OPTION #2 (Payment Plan)
• $2895 +HST total program cost (includes Teacher Manual and discounted Yoga Class Pass from Benders Yoga)
• A non-refundable program deposit of $100 due at time of application (will be applied to total cost of program)
• 50% of remaining fees due two months prior to program start date
• Final portion of remaining fees due one week prior to program start date
• Required textbooks are an additional expense.

2020 Program Dates: Participants will meet with faculty for onsite training for 12 weekends:  Saturdays (10am – 7pm) and Sundays (10am – 6pm)

Weekend #3:  February 8th – 9th
Weekend #4:  February 22nd – 23rd
Weekend #5:  March 7th – 8th
Weekend #6:  March 21st – 22nd
Weekend #7:  April 4th – 5th
Weekend #8:  April 18th – 19th
Weekend #9:  May 2nd – 3rd
Weekend #10:  May 23rd – 24th
Weekend #11:  June 6th – 7th
Weekend #12:  June 27th – 28th
